ANAK; REBYU NG PELIKULA

Ang mga magulang ay laging naghahangad ng kabutihan para sa kanilang mga anak.
Ito ang nakita ko bilang sentro ng pelikula.

Ang pelikulang ito ay hango sa buhay ng tunay na pilipino. Sumasalamin ito sa buhay ng isang ina, ang lahat ng kanyang sakripisyo, mabigyan lang ng magandang kinabukasan ang kanyang pamilya.

Ang istorya ay tungkol sa paghihirap ng isang ina at ang kanyang pakikipagsapalaran sa ibang bansa. Kahit malayo sya , tiniis nya hirap at pasakit sa kamay ng mapang.abuso nyang amo para mabuo pa rin ang kanilang pamilya at upang matustusan ang kanilang pangangailangan

Sa kanyang pagbalik, ang buong akala nyang masayang pagkikita nila ng kanyang mga anak, ang pagkawala nya sa piling nila ang umpisa ng pagkakahiwa-hiwalay ng kanyang mga anak. Si Caludine Barreto na gumanap bilang Carla, panganay na anak ay nagkulang sa gabay ng isang magulang kaya naligaw ng landas at nalulong sa masamang bisyo. Si Bar
 on Geisler bilang si Michael, pangalawang anak. Laging napapaaway sa eskwelahan. Shiela Junsay naman bilang Daday, ang bunsong anak na hindi man lang kilala ang kanyang ina.


Nakatuon ito sa pagitan ng anak at magulang na relasyon. Na dumating sa pagsubok na may kinalaman sa kawalan ng komunikasyon at hindi pagkakaintindihan.



Masasabing simple at pangkaraniwan lang ang istorya, ngunit ito ay naging extraordinary dahil sa mga artistang nagsipagganap at matitinding dialogues na nakapukaw ng atensyon at nagdala sa emosyon ng mga manunuod upang maramdaman ang mga mensaheng nais iparating  ng mga karakter.
Ipinakita rin nito ang pagbabago ng estado ng babae’t lalake pagdating sa tingin sa mga  responsibilidad. Mga babae na ang gumagawa ng dapat sana’y sa lalake. Ang dating mababang pagtingin sa mga kakayahan ng babae ay napalitan na ng pagtinging kaya na rin ng mga babae, at higit sa lahat kaya pang higitan.
Tamang-tama din ang theme song ng pelikula, ito ang nag.set ng mood sa mga manunuod. Nag.iwan at patuloy na nagpaalala ng mga aral sa buhay ang pelikulang ito.

World Vision Changed my Life

1st Day (May 16, 2013)

             I never thought that this is my first day of Internship. I'm not prepared mentally, 

Going at Quezon

but off course I'm prepared physically :) I was supposed to pass my requirements there, but Ate Aimee(Human Resource Person) told me that i can start that day but not yet oriented with their rules and regulations because their so much busy in different activities.

               Honestly speaking, I'm on a tight budget that day as it is unexpected. But God provides me more than what i expect :)

               Anyway, I felt some pressure. I've met my trainer Ate Ella , I'm assigned at 2nd floor Media Engagement Unit. So, from the word itself we are responsible to engage them as representative of the organization and also to influence them through sharing our vision and mission.So that we can be one to have a goal and accomplish some activities.

               Since I'm one of the luckiest sponsor child of World Vision, and now I'm so lucky to have my internship with them. So, when i was a child, this is their trademark for me -- their vision :)

                First Day, First Task:

              Ate Ella told me what I'm going to do. There will be a "World Vision Run 2013" that is for a cause, and to help more children. so, we       need to look for a sponsor/partners that will support that event. I will search a media organization (Print, Online, Broadcast etc.) who have their sports category or even nothing but they already sponsored a fun run. I will look to their sports editor/coordinator or else the marketing

               As what i mentioned earlier, I felt some pressure. 
It seems I'm physically present but mentally absent. you know that feeling ?! So, that means i was not able to do that task well. Anyway, since it was my first day, i have so many days to make it up :)

                I  feel at home and safe :) they are my temporary trainee, parent, friends for the time of my Internship. That was very tiring but a lot of joy in my heart that i was there.

          Totoo nga naman, dahil sa ngayon, nahihirapan akong umpisahan to, madaming pumapasok na ideya sa utak ko. di ko alam kung pabor ba ako sa Cybercrime Law. Nung una kong narinig ang usap-usapan tungkol dito, ang buong akala ko ay biro lang ang lahat, kumbaga "tsismis" lang. Nang napanood ko naman eto sa telebisyon at nakita ko sa internet ang tungkol sa batas na eto, nasabi kong totoo nga ang tsismis na kumakalat. ang Cybercrime Law ay napirmahan na ni Pangulong Aquino noong ika-12 ng Setyembre, at patuloy na nga etong naging batas.ngunit, subalit, datapawat marami ang umaapila dito. Nakapagdesisyon akong hindi sumang-ayon sa batas na ito at pumanig sa mga taong ang sigaw ay “NO TO CYBERCRIME LAW”

 Sympre bilang user ng Facebook, Google and Yahoo Messenger, uso kasi eh, syempre para maging in at updated sa mga nangyayari sa mundo, last na , para makarelate sa usap.usapan ng mga friends and classmates. Dahil ang Pilipinas naman ay isang bansang malaya, kaya malaya rin ako sa pagpapahayag ng aking pananaw sa pamamagitan ng mga nabanggit na social networking sites. Malaki ang pakinabang neto sakin ,bukod sa pakikipag kapwa tao, nakakatulong din to sa aking pag-aaral. Kapag nalaman kong may mga bagay na makakahadlang sa paraan ng aking pagpapahayag, eh talaga namang aapila ako.

Eto ang mga tanong na pumasok sa isipan ko, “Panu kaya yun? Maipapatupad nga ba iyon? Masusunod nga ba talaga yon, dahil sa dumadaming bilang na gumagamit ng internet”

The Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, officially recorded as Republic Act No. 10175, is a law in the Philippines approved on 12 September 2012. It aims to address legal issues concerning online interactions and the Internet in the Philippines. Among the cybercrime offenses included in the bill are cybersquatting, cybersex, child pornography, identity theft, illegal access to data and libel.

          Signed by President Benigno Aquino III in September, the Cybercrime Prevention Act aims to fight online pornograph, hacking, identity theft and spamming following local law enforcement agencies’ complaints over the lack of legal tools to combat cybercrime.(By: Liau Yun Qing)

          If this Law aims to discipline us well, they cant cause were not the only one who are using the internet, as well as the foreigners. Not everyone in the internet is a Filipino citizen that they can punish. It’s useless, we dont need to be scared by the government, the government need to be scared to us.

          The problem is always on on the imlpementation.

          Anu ba ang mangyayari kung naipatupad na yang batas na yan ? Uunlad ba ang pilipinas?  At nag-isip din sana ang presidente bago nya ito pinirmahan, kasi parang agree lang sya ng agree sa mga sinasabi ng senators eh. He doesn’t look like he’s thinking at all L he must think before he decide !!!

     According to Cybercrime law CHAPTER VIII Sec. 27. Appropriations – The amount  of Fifty million pesos (PhP50,000.000.00) shall be appropriated anually for the implementation of this Act.

     Isa lang ang masasabi ko . Hindi ba napakalaki ng ng gagastusin para lang sa implementation ng Act na to?

• baha, basura, krimen gaya ng holdapan, patayan at nakawan, dumi ng estero, traffic sa daan, mga batang hindi makapagtapos ng pag-aaral dahil sa kahirapan at kakulangan ng libro, upuan, pati na rin ang pampasweldo sa mga guro. Mga may sakit na pumipila sa mga opisina ng bayan para lang para lang humingi ng konting tulong para lang may pampagamot. Kakulangan sa trabaho, mataas na bilihin, mahal na kuryente.

          Eto ang mga problema ng bansa na dapat iprioritize . sang.ayon ako sa pananaw ng nakararami, na ang cybercrime law natatapakan ang ating freedom of expression. Try muna kaya nilang unahin ang mga problemang nabanggit, kaysa naman pagtuunan ng pansin ang Cybercrime Law.

If the government is the parent and the Filipino are their children, It’s like giving more attention to the child who loves to swear than to the child who’s dying of cancer. It’s pointless.(By: Shane Medina)

This one is the example of the said Rights wherein it is at the blog of Noemi. So, the story goes like this. Marielle is a daughter of Noemi insisted "Mom, it is a photo of me wearing that My Pilipinas shirt you gave me. More text messages beeped from classmates saying they all saw her in TV Patrol". Hello TV Patrol, not everyone are publicity starved and eager to appear on TV.

The said photo was used in the segment of TV Patrol’s Philippine Flag used in Fashion and reported by TJ Manotoc on November 4, 2008. The shirt was an example of non-violation since the image is that of a Philippine map and NOT the Philippine flag. Talk of irresponsible use of the Philippine flag! Walk the talk. Talk of irresponsible use of my photo!

She got to see the segment in an uploaded video, It is the third photo where her daughter wears a pink striped shirt and behind her are my books in the office. Noemi called the TV Patrol phone line and got hold of Joey Gaburnida, TV Patrol Executive Producer who gave her the email address to write her complaint.

ABS CBN TV Patrol committed two violations:

1. Using her photos without permission or credit (at the least) and

2. Using a photo without the permission of my daughter (Marielle).

So she will file a suit against a violation on the Philippine copyright law as enshrined in the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines, officially known as Republic Act No. 8293.

Ayon kay TJ Manotoc, Nakalimutan lang daw niyang lagyan ng credits dahil rush na. Hindi naman talaga maiiwasan yon dumating sa oras nasa trabaho na tayo, kahit sabihin mo mang etchical or unethical.

Yun lang po ang masasabi ko.
